Question: How do I stop the swelling of my cheeks?
Yesterday, I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and they stitched my gums up. Anyway, my cheeks have been SO swollen. I have tried sleeping, ice packs, ibuprofen, and my cheeks still look like those of a chipmunk!! Does anyone know how to bring the swelling down???

eat pineapple. That's the most effective.
It will take time! Try alernating a heating pad and ice packs... it will get the blood moving again in you face. Good luck and get well soon!
