In a fortnight im having two front teeth extracted but im so scared how do i get!

why will your dentist not offer sedation? I get really nervous and they give me oral sedation to calm me down. Maybe you should find another dentist who offers sedation if you do get very nervous. If your teeth are false and all roots and nerves have been removed there should not be much pain at all . Wisdom teeth take a while to pull as they have large roots and are in tight positions in the mouth. The front teeth, false or not are much easier to pull out I have one tooth which has had a root canal and post cemented in with a crown on top. All nerves are removed and tooth is now dead with no pain. Another tooth next door I had root canaled and crowned last week with no injection beforehand. As the tooth is again dead with no feeling.

If your dentist does not offer sedation and you have asked for it, I would look for another dentist who understands nervous patients and deals with them and offers sedation. I am given Valium before I have major work done which really helps calms me and gets me through it all.

Having wisdom teeth removed is a major thing, so do not think about that experience. Having false front teeth removed will be much faster and easier. Try not to worry and it will be over before you know it. I take my Iphone with me and play games while waiting and listen to music which passes time. While having the work done think of something good like a lovely holiday or something else that makes you happy.

I am sure it will be fine and it is never as bad as you think it will be. Afterwards you will be saying " why ever did I worry so much about that".

I've had 8 teeth pulled and 1 surgery on my teeth, trust me it's not bad at all. If you go in there with a pos attitude and you're strong, its nothing. Dont be worried though, bring your i pod and listen to music. something like that.

front teeth are tiny with smaller roots and don't compare to wisdom teeth
in size or awkwardness to extract
front teeth can be extracted in minutes literally so you are worrying about nothing

Now the painkillers are not weak as those 15 yrs ago. Dont worry. Go to dentist. You will not feel or know when dentist removed your teeth.
