How do you know when your Wisdom teeth are coming threw?!

Well i have this tooth diseases where my teeth turn brown and decay it's disorder where the enamel comes off..so i am getting dentures and i am 17 years old.. i hate it i wish i could get dental implants but i have to wait.Im getting 2 teeth pulled a week and i don't have any bottom teeth but 2 and it on the right side of my mouth my 2 molar teeth they have been driving me insane and i am guessing maybe cause my top teeth keep grinding my back teeth and some reason the molar teeth is sore and i was curious if it caused by my wisdom teeth are coming in ill be 18 in 2 months and i went to IV Sedation doctor and he claimed my teeth were impacted
& when i wake up my mouth be dry and it makes the side of my mouth kinda sore? what the cause of all this
