NO!

Yes if you want to destroy your gingival tissue(gums) and harm you tooth enamel.

Most organic natural toothpaste is highly abrasive damaging you gums and enamel. I would suggest a toothpaste with fluoride and low abrasive content. Like sensodyne pronamel, crest prohealth, colgate total care. Fluoride is not harmful when used topically just don't swallow a lot of it or you will feel sick but it takes a lot to feel sick.

If you are worried about the fluoride in toothpaste then just brush with water, toothpaste is not cleaning you teeth like soap cleans our hands. It's the brushing action that is scraping and removing the plaque from you teeth. Brush using the Bass method a 45 degree angle into the gum line and don't brush hard but brush 1-2teeth at a time going back and fourth 10 times at the gum line on that 45 degree angle. Make sure you floss too, flossing removes most of the plaque, flossing effectively can be better than brushing.

If you are worried about bacteria try a mouth rinse and collate total care or crest pro health.

the most important thing is HOW you brush your teeth. Make sure you brush for two minutes twice a day and tilt your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle towards your gums. Brush in gentle circles. You don't have to brush hard because that can damage your teeth and gums. Finally, The toothpaste doesn't matter much its a matter of preferance. However, most organic toothpastes don't have fluoride to help remineralize the teeth. Fluoride is very important for children teens as they don't usually brush correctly and thier bodies are still forming.
