Crest White Strips by far, they are just a little annoying to put on, but once they one just watch tv and half an hour later your done. I actually asked my dentist this last time I was there and he said they are not at all harmful. However, none of these products will make your teeth any whiter than the enamle (natural colour) of your teeth but they will remove stains.
