poll have you ever had your teeth whitened what is the best at home way?!

I use Listerine White Strips. They are very convenient since they dissolve away in your mouth after the prescribed amount of time, there is nothing to remove and discard, and they leave your breath fresh. I also use Rembrandt toothpaste. The combination of these products is very effective for me. If these don't do the trick for you, ask your dentist about getting some custom bleach trays made and buy professional strength bleach from him. It has become pretty affordable recently.

@ Lauren: Bleaching your teeth is not harmful and in fact, the peroxide in the bleach kills germs that can cause gum disease.

BAKING SODA is the key! Just wet toothbrush and dip it in baking soda to create a thick paste, then brush your teeth like you would normally. Repeat up to 3 times. Never bleach your teeth because it can ruin your enamel making your teeth easier to beome stained.

I go to the dentist every six months for cleaning...and I brush with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda toothpaste. That seems to be all I need....
