Why do my teeth hurt?! I have No cavities!?!

Question: Why do my teeth hurt?! I have No cavities!?
Its a really dull numbing pain that I feel not only in my teeth, but my gums.
I brush my teeth with sensitive tooth paste, thinking maybe I had sensitive teeth. My teeth feel like they are loose in a sense.

I have to clench my jaw down on something (usually my inner cheeks) for relief.
Sometimes It hurts randomlly, but drinking pop/soda or coffee triggers it automatically. Even when watered down.

I have no cavities at all. My teeth are in pretty good condition as well (from what I can see).

Answers:

It's possible you clench your teeth while you sleep or possibly even during the day without even realizing it.

If you do, you may have cracked them. You wouldn't be able to see it without x-rays though.

I thought I had several cavities at one time, turned out after x-rays I had no cavities, but all of my back teeth were cracked. Once I consciously stopped clenching them, they stopped hurting.

Some times you can't judge your teeth by just looking in the mirror. You must check to see if the gums are swollen or try to remember if you had done anything to make it feel this way. That "loose" feeling you're talking about I can understand that but I only know that feeling because I've just got my braces. Honestly, right now, the only thing that I could recommend is that for you to go to the dentist. Have a simple check up and they will tell you how to treat it.

do you clench or grind your teeth at night? that can cause sensitivity.
