You either have strep throat with pustules or tonsil stones, which are harder and calcified. Either way, you'll need to see a doctor for either antibiotics or to have the tonsil stones removed, as they will continue to grow.

I had the same thing. Go to the doctor because it can be deadly if you wait a long time. If you are coughing really wierd its strep. I wasnt. It could be a number of different kinds of bacterial, virul, or even fungal infections. I dont know what i had cuz i didnt have insureance but the doctor hooked me up wit some antibiotics anyways. LOVE AMERICAN DOCTORS :) It went away in less then 10 days. Like i said, go see a doctor because it can be deadly because it is in your airway. Bad things happen when your throat gets swolen. Like making it very hard to breath.
Its obviously tonsillitis but it now becoming an abscess.
You need to get to the doctor before it spreads further down your throat and cause airway obstruction.
