Say if you dont brush after every meal what would happend?

You would most likely get cavities, white spots around your attachments (plaque build up), and get gross stains. You are told about this before you get your treatment, I hope you have continued to brush because I wouldn't want to get those stains and cavities.
You are likely to get a food build up that if left for too long will cause decay or staining....no point in having all the hassle of a brace and then having stained and decayed teeth after....
