do you call or text your orthodontist first before you make an appointment for brace adjustment? I mean my doc wants me to txt him or call him first before i visit him hes always in the clinic so sometimes i dont txt him.. is it wrong not to call him first?

Yea,you should inform your doctor,coz it might be possible he's busy with an other appointment so its good to inform first before visiting there.
