Do you think my dentist will notice?
Im pretty sure she will..so she gave me about 6 months ago AS A GIFT a retainer kind of thing that's supposed to move my teeth to get ready for some other retainer. i have to move it every monday, wednesday, and friday. I haven't been doing that for 6 months and i can tell she gets really mad after every checkup..and i would be mad too i don't blame her..i just HATE dentists and i really don't care the way my teeth look because honestly they're not even bad..every other dentist of mine said so too..but anyway i realized today at 1:30 is my Next checkup so i moved it like 8 times top and bottom and now im in a huge amount of pain..will my teeth move at least a little bit?

I know dentist visits suck but you only get one set of teeth - take care of them! Sure, maybe they don't look bad now, but what about in 10 years? I'm sure your dentist didn't give you this retainer for the heck of it.
If you don,t take the dentists advice,why in the world would you take internet advice from strangers.Listen to your dentist or stop going its expensive
Tell her you're not interested in her plan. If she persists,get a different dentist! ;-)=
