Unfortunately sensitive teeth often go hand in hand with whitening teeth its the most common side effect this sensitivity can last for different lengths of time and the degree of sensitivity is also different for different people. Whitening you teeth causes the teeth to dehydrate so they can take on chalky appearance which can make them look dull or darker in appearance. This should not last long about 24 hours at the most until the teeth fully hydrate again. You can switch your toothpaste to Sensodyne for the duration of the whitening process this can sometimes help but not always.

After applying the techniques I couldn't believe the results. My teeth turned shiny white in no time at all and more importantly I did it naturally. My teeth feel great and now I can't keep a smile off my face and with the help of this amazing teeth whitening system I'm sure anyone can do the same. Big celebrity endorsed companies charge an arm and a leg for their gels and toothpastes. But you don't have to fall in their costly traps which end up doing more harm in the long run than good

Any substance that is used for whitening teeth makes teeth more sensitive. My teeth used to be so sensitive but then I found a toothpaste called sensodyne. It helps a lot. Well at least for me.... Good luck
