Question: I have questions about valium?

so my sister takes valium for anxiety, one day she was really freaking out and she told me that she took two and she got high. does it really make you high? will it make you sick afterwards? what happens?
(i'm not gonna try it! i'm just curious. & i'm too scared to ask her about it.)

Valium does not make high it has the opposite effect and relaxes you, chills you out, two would make you really tired.
