Braces are extremely expensive, in the thousands. I think mine were over $5000, but they can go a lot higher than that, not sure if insurance will cover it or not. I think there are payment plans but they are still very expensive. Good luck!

Ask around and an find a good recommendation for a good orthodontist in your area. All the ones in my area offer free consultation. You may have perfect teeth on the bottom an need nothing there but the professional takes in account many things like the alignment of your jaw and over and under bites. Also how your teeth are coming in and if your ready. I think we paid 5600.00 if I remember correctly the figure 3600.00 comes to mind too and I realize that is not much help but they will evaluate your unique situation and price it accordingly. We had to come up with a chunk in the beginning and that covered a mold of the teeth and x-rays. Then we were on a payment plan, like 183.00 per month. Good luck and I think it is terrific that you are so responsible and are taking care of yourself.

BTW I heard that invisaline doesn't do enough and not a good option for some.
