Question: I want whiter teeth !!!..help?

ok, my teeth arent yellow, but theyre not paper white either, i want my teeth white as possible.. im starting to brush after EVERY meal, when before it was in the morning and b4 bed. i use mouthwash, just plain regular listerine.. will crest whitestrips work ? i bought some but... ALSO i am going to have to get my teeth straightened here in the next few months... is there anything i can do to build my teeth up stronger, like help the enamel too... i cant drink milk, it makes me sick but i guess i will if thats what i need to do.... i would appreciate someone in the dental fields opinion =]

Well, your perfect in all your activities in regard of protecting your teeth. You know basicaly human teeth are yellow to yellowish white in colour. So you need not worry about the colour of your teeth. It actually looks abnormal only when it is milk white in colour. Now even if your very particular of having whiter teeth,then the choice is bleaching endodontics. Consult a good endodontist. And 1 more thing is drinking milk will never make your enamels stronger now. Calcification and mineralisation of your teeth has all ready been completed while your teeth eruption itself. So you need not get sick. Happy to know that you care your teeth very well. Visit dental surgeons once in six months and get their consultancy. I think my suggestions can be appreciated because am an dental student.
