Answers:

Salt water remedy

Grab a cup of cold water and add a few tea spoons of salt into it. Proceed to your wash basin and gargle for a few minutes. This is more of an immediate pain relief remedy and will last for an hour or so. You can keep doing this every hour or two to keep the pain at bay while you find a permanent solution to your toothache.

Ice cube remedy

Get a few cubes of Ice and rub them on the affected pain are in your mouth. These will melt really fast so try and have at least 3 or 4 at one go. This should help keep the pain away for a few hours and can be repeated frequently as well.

Bay Berry remedy

Bay berry bark extract made into a paste can be helpful for toothaches. Apply vinegar together with the bay berry bark extract into a paste form and put it on the affected tooth. It should help ease the pain immediately.

Onion remedy

Gran small pieces of onion and put them on a plate. Continually put one piece of onion on to the affected tooth. The antibacterial properties within natural onions will help remove germs and reduce the pain. Keep doing this for as long as you like.

Fluoride toothpaste remedy

Brush gently with a toothpaste rich in fluoride on the affected tooth. This has shown to work wonders for people with severe toothaches. Again, this can be done for as long as you need. It might even save you some expensive teeth whitening kit purchases.

Vanilla Extract remedy

Get a cotton bud or something similar and dab a bit of it into some vanilla extract and apply it on to your tooth that’s giving you a hard time. Many people report seeing pain disappear for hours.

Ground cloves remedy

Get someone to put ground cloves directly onto your aching tooth. This should reduce pain a little. It can also be put on decaying teeth. Alternatively, clove oil can also be used to the same effect as rubbing ground cloves.

Lemon extract remedy

This is also pretty much the same as above. Get a lemon, cut it into half and squeeze the juice into your hurting tooth. It should work wonders the first time. Be prepared for it to work less and less over the next few times as your tooth gets used to it.

Potato toothache remedy

This is questionable but a lot of people have begun reporting good effects from putting potato pieces directly on your hurting tooth for 15 minutes. Try it out, it might just work.

Tea bag remedy

Heat up an unused tea bag and put it on the tooth. The soothing properties of tea leaves will help reduce the pain for at least 3 hours. This is the perfect remedy for those who want an immediate cure just so they can get to sleep.

If this does not work, He needs to go see the dentist right aways sweetheart wish there was something else I could tell you!

if you can't afford to go to the dentist or doctor all he can do is let it ride out, eventually the swelling will go down then later after that the tooth will fall out, should really get some antibiotics from the doctor then get the tooth extracted as asap, it's an abscess

only home made remedy i can think of is to first pop watever is swollen. then flush the mouth out with salt water. i mean unless its like discolored or something i don't think theres an infection.

Abscess, prolly. You can pop an abscess and the swelling will go down for a while but eventually you will have to go to the dentist

2 years in dental school

He must keep his teeth extremely clean /brushing + mouthwash/
But it is probably unavoidable to see a dentist who treats the tooth and/or gives him antibiotics for the infection

Rinse with warm salt water regularly...it helps with the pain and the salt helps to kill whatever bacteria is there

Listerine! Have him rinse with listerine like 3 times a day until its better. In that time, save money like crazy just in case it doesn't get better.

It sounds like an infection, you'll probably have to go to the dentist if it gets worse :/
