Question: Why does my mouth guard fall out?
So i do mma when sparing my mouth guard is always falling out i got the size adult im 26 years old and i tried the smaller one and its to small what should i do?

You may want to ask your dentist to fit you for a mouth guard. They fit perfectly and cost a few hundred dollars but can be covered by insurance. The ones you purchase at the stores can be returned or you can call the manufacturer and ask for a refund. Ill fitting guards are like ill fitting dentures, they defeat the purpose!!
