if the roots have fractured, for orthodontic purposes-too many teethe in the mouth, the tooth has severe periodontal disease, an abcess, an unsuccessful root canal and if the tooth is decayed and cannot be filled and if a tooth is impacted ie the lower wisdom tooth.

Hi Mocha,

I know how you feel.
Teeth are taken out mainly because it can not be saved as it is too damaged and to prevent nay infection.
I like many others have an adverse fear of the dentist whihc is due to a really frightening experience when I was a kid. I used to sleepless nights and break out in cold sweats just thinking about it. That is until my friends told me about a youtube video which I related to and I got a hold of a Free Fear report which helped me to address my fear to take action.
I found a really sympathetic dentist who helped me step by step encouraging me to get the treatment I needed.

I no longer have teeth or gums problems and have got to the stage that seeing the dentist is just not such an ordeal now. This has also helped my friends and I can assure you that I was the dentist's worse patient. Not now and if you are truly phobic and afraid of the dentist get to see the video and the report is life changing.

Do not suffer any longer. Get your smile back.
All the best, and keep smiling ok?

1. Infection in the pulp - pulpitis.
2. Really bad tooth decay that is really deep
3. Tooth is blocking other teeth or that tooth doesn't fit in the mouth
4. Severe Gum disease
5. Tooth is fractured
6. Preparation for orthodontic purposes

Hopeful dentist :)

I had 4 teeth out last year to make room so my braces could pull my teeth together. They're looking good at the moment. Another year I thinkss :)
