Question: Are there any teeth whitening products or tricks that can help me?
I used to be really bad about taking care of my teeth. A few months ago I realized how yellow they really were and since then I have been brushing at least 3 times ,if not more, a day. I have used a bunch of different products to whiten but they have barely any effect. My teeth are in better condition now but they are still not very good and I need something that gets the job done without having to shell out $400 plus for professional treatment. Any help?

Believe it or not, baking soda actually does the trick in whitening teeth. My mother always used to do it with me. It's not a very good taste, but it really did work and it beat that conventional toothpaste. Though there are obviously toothpaste that do a much better job, but.. $

I would like to recommend a product called Idol White. THis has some great reviews and is much stronger and effective than anything you can buy in stores.

It's much cheaper than getting it done professionally.

just buy the crest 3d white strips and toothpaste it works great for me just dont forget to floss too
