Question: Can you use Biotene to clean out the holes from where my wisdom teeth were?

Ok so I got my wisdom teeth out Tuesday and I'm scared to eat anything cause I don't want anything getting in the holes and won't be able to get the food out so what can I do?

Any food in the sockets should be easily flicked out with your tongue. Don't poke objects inside them as you could start them bleeding and delay healing.
