Can braces fix my teeth & misaligned jaw?!

Question: Can braces fix my teeth & misaligned jaw?
I was told I have a misaligned jaw, which causes my smile to be more raised to the left and look very crooked. My bottom teeth are fine but I have a baby tooth molar on the left side that should be pulled, and I was told I can get braces or invisalign to straight my crooked left canine and then a fake molar to fill in the hole left from my baby tooth. Will this fix my crooked smile or will I need surgery on my jaw? I was also told that my right jaw should eventually cause me pain.

Yes, before the braces treatment is actually started, the primary molar has to be removed as it may pose some problem later. There is no need to have a fake molar, as the braces would help in slow movement of the adjacent teeth and fill the gaps.
There is no need to get any surgery done, as any appliance like a headgear would help, which still depends on the amount of misalignment of your jaw. Braces is the best treatment here for your crooked teeth.

As given here - http://worldental.org/teeth/fix-crooked-… there are Invisalign braces too, which are the best alternatives to the normal type of braces.

As Sophie said, headgear will fix that.
It's not going to be the most comfortable thing in the world, but it should be worth it. :)

yes, with some onderful headgear:D
