My gums bleed every time I brush?!
Question: My gums bleed every time I brush?
Answers:
I have same issue. I was told because I don't brush enough (was doing it once a day) and I hadnt been to the dentist in 4 years and was due to plaque and bacteria buildup.
well usually your gums bleed when you first start throughly brushing, because it's not being brushed in those spots of the gums, maybe your gums still aren't use to it, your gums could be sensitive as well, or maybe it's something else. The best thing would be to ask your dentist to look, since I can't be much of a help without actually examining your gums :P
it might be because you're not flossing, or flossing correctly, and you're not brushing your teeth right.
brush in circular motions and they should become more firm and be less sensitive..
but if you're flossing perfect and burshing in circular motions and you are having this problem...then try to get a softer tooth brush...and got a cheap-ISH tooth brush that had THE softest brisles, so look around. :)
hope this has helped you!
Many people (including me) have sensitive gums, its either that or you need to brush harder and strengthen your gums.
ewwwww you got them herpies
