You are probably constipated. Or you do not have a bowel movement on a daily basis. What i could recommend is to put some more fiber in your diet, and try to eat at least more fruits and leafy vegetables. The chemical that helps break down food while it is in your intestines need the stuff that's in fruit and say lettuce to help move things along. But for tonight it would be good to drink a full glass of prune juice, or see if you have any mineral oil around. After you get the system regular, than the pain should go away and eating more fiber etc. will keep it away!
