Doctors, how much protein is too much?!
Question: For bodybuilding I am supposed to be getting 1 to 2 grams of protein for every pound I weigh. Now I dont get close to this, but my dad went to the doc and he said he was getting to much protein.
So how much is too much if you are weight lifting twice a week and weigh 140lbs?

Eat 1-2g per 1lb of lean body mass not weight. So figure out your body fat percentage and then subtract this from your weight to find your lean body mass.
