Question: i was at open hockey and the guys i was playing were kllen me. and now im in so much pain my knees hurt my legs hurt my elbows hurt my arms hurt my head hurts my back hurts. I was getting beat up. How do i stop the pain?

pop a couple of aspirin and get some rest. put ice packs on anything that's swollen.
Advil and ice packs..
For pain relieve best is Naproxen with combination of capsaicin cream. You need a ice pack for 2 days. If the pain persist and swelling does not go away consult a doctor for XRAY as it might be a fracture
