Question: I have been feeling really fatigued and tired alot, I have lost nearly 25 pounds this year out of nowhere and i think its because i havn't really had an appetite. Sorry Terry. I'm not a health professional but if I were you I'd get myself off to my GP ASAP. It could be something simple like a viral infection which can only be removed with the help of anti-biotics., On the other hand ...? If it IS something sinister, the quicker you get it seen to the better. Good luck to you. Try to let me know how you get on.
There are several tests that you should have. One is thyroid. Two is sleep apnea. Three is celiac sprue. four is IBS.
See a doctor. Now.
That could be anything from Mono to HIV. Best to go to a doctor and get a complete checkup. You sound very sick. I hope you feel better.
