IBS dietary foods?!
Question: I have IBS, and I was wondering what kind of foods won't kill my stomach, I am so tired of constantly having stomach aches after I eat. And also what kind of medications actually work?

Keep a food diary. Every day for a week or two, every hour write down what you ate, how your tummy feels, and (if it's not too gross) what your stools are like (a little coding system can be a lot less awkward than actually writing stuff out).
Eventually some patterns will emerge and you'll figure out what exactly is causing your symptoms. No two IBS sufferers have the same triggers. Some common foods that irritate stomachs include: black coffee, dairy, spicy foods, fried/greasy foods.
I find that taking an anacid- like tums- after I eat something that is particularily difficult for my stomach can reduce the IBS problems later on during the day.
Good luck!
