Why am i short compared to the rest of my family??!
Question: im a girl and im 14 & 5'6.i know this is not short at allbut compared to my parents,it is.
my mom is 5'10 and my dad is 6'2. will i grow??i heard most girls stop growing at around my age lol i should be taller..

You may grow more. Most girls grow until they are 16-18 years old.
But don't compare yourself to your family. Everyone is different and your heights is predetermined by genetics, so you may grow taller, but you are at a fine height.
I'm the shortest in my family, at 5'4 and i'm happy at my height. I'm taller than some people but shorter than most guys, which I like.
You don't stop until you are about 20. Do you drink or smoke, that can stunt your growth.
Genetics may have skipped a generation.
i thought i stopped growing when i was 16 but then when i was about 18 i grew another inch and a half. most girls i guess grow another inch or so before they reach they're 20's, even if they think they're done growing.
your probably gonna continue to grow and more than likely you be the height of ur dad or someone on his side of the family
You still have a few more years left of possible growth. How tall are your grandparents? You may have got their genes.
