What should i do to decrease my chances of getting repiratory problems?!

Most respiratory diseases - like flu are spread by droplets in the air. Staying out of crowds whenever possible is a good idea. Get a flu shot if you haven't had one- it isn't too late.

Don't smoke and don't allow yourself to be subjected to second hand smoke.

do not smoke get plenty of fresh air exercise
Avoid inhaling polluted air in traffic .........move to the suburbs.like i have done away n out of the cities.................wear a mask or cover your mouth and nose when you go out.................also use an airconditioner as much as possible
