Pop the middle of your back?!


Question: Does anyone know how to pop the middle of your back before you can get to chiropractor? Mine has been killing me for awhile now so I have had my family pop it for me but I have no idea how I can get the middle of my back popped

Have someone who is strong enough and big enough give you a bear hug while placing their fists or palms on the spot you need adjusted. You will have to be face to face with the person who is applying the pressure. Just before you are squeezed, exhale and relax. Works EVERY time. In fact, it works so well, you may never need your chiropractor again.

Dude All You do is cross your arms, have someone stronger and taller than you get behind you, Hug youand bend your back till you hear a pop or feal a pop. Dont stretch to far

The best thing you could do is actually go to the Chiropractor I go 1 every 2 weeks and my back feels fine. I am like 49% sure they won't charge you for a drop in appointment you just might have a long wait!

You are most relaxed in bed in the morning. Just lay there for awhile, and slowly turn at the hips, go as far as you can
in both directions.

If I were you I wouldn't let anyone handle my back but a professional and I can guarantee if you were me and had a plate in their neck and degenerate disease if your back, you would know better. It's like wouldn't you rather a schooled barber cuts your house then a house cut from someone? Please just be careful in listening to anyone but a doctor pal.

You probably should go to the chiropractor instead of poping it yourself or having your relatives pop it for you because you might pop it the wrong way and end up making things worse.

However, I usually pop the middle of my back by sitting straight up in a chair with a back that comes up to the middle of my back then without sliding forward in the chair lean back as far as possible. It usually does the trick for me.

Warning...if you are out of shape or do this wrongly, you could serously harm yourself, I'm not liable for what you do or don't do.

I have similar issues. I like to perform abdominal crunches and then hold a back-bridge for about fifteen seconds immediately after. This seems to help alot.

If you are out of shape, you can try leaning backwards on the arm of a sofa (dangerous) or you can suspend yourself so that your feet aren't touching the ground, and relax your back so that gravity stretches it all out. I prefer to hang on my pullup bar for this, but you can use anything that'll hold your weight.

when i get up in the morning i sit up on the bed to pop my neck and my pop my back I just twist my waist each side until it pops.

ok so this works almost everytime
but I kinda had to train my back to do this

I lay flat on my back
then prop myself up on my elbows
and slowly arch my back then twist
idk sounds goofy
but if you get it right it works
