How many days of the week to Exercise and When to Exercise? (AFTER DINNER)?!

Question: My questions are is it wrong to exercise everyday? (the reason is if I take a day off it tends to become two days off then a week off...etc)
How many hours to exercise daily?(is 1 hour good?)
When to exercise before or after dinner (but WHY?)

All depends on your goals... you should have a day or two for your body to recoupe...
Or vary the workout load if you want to keep the routine.

One Hour is good but again it depends on your goals. How hard you workout and so on.

Alternate Muscle groups for example... do a day of Cardio the next day do some weight training say... your Legs and Abs... then work your Chest muscles then do some Cardio then Back Muscles and Arms...

There are tons of ways and No one right way...

I work out 4 times a week...
Make sure you WARM UP, WORK OUT, and Cool Down
I throw some swimming in there from time to time cause it works everything and very relaxing and low impact.

A workout should be fun. Keep a log of what you do and when you do it. Set specific goals like... 10 reps at 125lbs by the end of the week... as you build your body make sure you adjust your work out...

Try and find a PARTNER to workout with you... It makes it more fun and helps regulate intervals between reps. Also there is that extra motivation to Push yourself just a bit farther.

BTW: Working out in the Morning is usually better than the evening... If you eat Breakfast wait an hour or two afterwards so that your food is now ready to be turned into energy. Eat lots of high energy foods and foods high in potassium

If you choose to do bodyweight exercises you can do them daily (more than once if you choose).

You can work 15-20 minutes and get all the exercise you need for good health with bodyweight exercises.

Every person has a different make up so there is no set time as to the best time to exercise. Try different times and note to yourself which feels the best.

it's okay to exercise everyday as long as you're not overdoing it...and your body will let you know if you are.

1 hour a day is good. And it's best to do it before dinner, that way your metabolism is already in high gear and you will continue to burn calories as you eat.

If you are going to exercise every day, you will need to exercise a different group of muscles each day. For example, lower body Monday, then upper body on Tues. That way you give the exercised muscles time to heal. I always do at least 30 minutes of cardio in addition to weightlifting, so an hour or an hour and a half works fine. Before dinner works best for me....there's no way I can run on a treadmill or jump on an arc trainer with a full stomach. I can't quote the source, but somewhere I picked up that you should eat 1 hour before you exercise and wait an hour after you exercise before you eat. Hope this helps.

It's OK to do some cardio every day if your trying to loose weight. It is not good to lift weights every day because you need to give your body time to recover and your muscles need to heal.

1 hour is more than enough to exercise, if you spend more than that in the gym, your not working hard enough. A minimum of 20 minutes, no more than 1 hour.

It doesn't matter what time of the day you exercise. You don't want to exercise on a full stomach (because you may puke) and you don't want to exercise if your hungry. Your body needs fuel when you exercise, if you have no fuel in your stomach, your body will use some fat for fuel but also muscle for fuel and nobody wants that.
