Does eating organic/healthy really make a huge difference?!

Question: I try to eat as healthy and organic as possible, but sometimes that's just not possible (or affordable) so I choose as close to healthy as possible. I choose subs with no cheeses or fatty meats on whole wheat bread with lots of veggies, absolutely NO fast food, and if i ever have snacks or deserts is the healthy weight watchers or all natural stuff.

I also go to the vitamin shop for a plethora of supplements and whole food bars/organic bars which have over 50 different organic ingredients in them.

I know supplements are not a substitute for the real thing but they help.

If I do all of this on a weekly routine, and exercize and drink lots of water per day, will this REALLY ward off very bad health and bad health problems, or at least reduce the severity?

I used to have a horrible diet- I lived on pizza, burgers crisps beer fizzy pop and chocolate, I was tired all the time, I had mood swings, I had really greasy skin and acne, bags under my eyes and pale skin, then I started eating sensibly, i,e getting plenty of fresh fruit and veg every day, drinking lots of water, eating plenty of wholegrains etc, drinking plenty of water, in other words I was trying to stay as close to nature as possible, I did have the occasional treat though, after about 4 months I noticed that I had more energy, my acne cleared up and I just looked healthier.
Since xmas though, i'v started to go back to my old ways and sure enough, its starting to show...

I think it makes a difference because you are not getting all the hormones when eating organic foods. But on the other hand, it is very expensive. I just try to eat healthy by eating the best foods that I can, drinks lots of water, & hope for the best.
