Can women take men's multivitamins?!
Question: My husband thinks it's ok for me to take his multivitamin, but it says it has more support for a healthy prostate, which I do not have one. I have no clue which vitamin helps with that area.

Men's multivitamins are fine. They will not cause you to sprout hair on your chest, nor will you grow a penis.
The vitamin that is supporting the prostate (folic acid) is also good for supporting breast health.
It's not like there are certain vitamins that are only for boys in there. No, it's just the levels that are different. For example, we all know that women need more calcium than men.
So, it won't kill you to take his vitamins. They just aren't the right levels for you.
It is better for women to take women's multivitamins and for men to take men's multivitamins.
The general multivitamins are suitable for both genders but don't contain the extra components that are particularly beneficial for one gender that you get in the women's and men's multivitamins.
