DO SQUATS AND LUNGES actually make your BUTT BIGGER and if so what the routine?!


Question: and can someone show me a picture of someone in a pair of jeans that did squats and lunges because i want to see results.
PLEASE TELL ME THE ROUTINE I HAVE ONE DUMBBELL ITS 2 POUNDS AND I WEIGH 102 IF THAT HELPS PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME A GOOD ANSWER BEST ANSWER GETS A LOT OF POINTS,THANK YOU

It doesnt truly make it bigger, but they defiently tighten your butt. If you do enough sets, and do enough weight, it will make your butt bigger. I suggest starting out with a weight you are comfortable with and then increasing slowly (20 pounds per set). 2-3 times weekly will help. I suggest joining a gym, 2 pounds is not enough.

If you do legs raises, lunges, squats, and some other light lifting it will all help.

i dont know about squats and lunges but this is what your butt looks like after cycling :D ahah x
