Why does my heart beat increase?!
Question: My heart beat is usually an even rhythm and only beats faster when I'm applying force (flexing, etc.). Most of the time I can slow and maintain my heart beat. For some reason it will increase for no apparent reason. Why or what do you think?

I think that you should call your doctor and have him/her run some simple tests and see whats really going on there. Its possible that your caffiene intake may be a little high and that can cause your heart to race. But your best bet is to see your doctor, heart issues should never be taken lightly or should you take the advise from anyone other than a medical proffesional.
that you need to wear a holter type monitor, or cardio-net monitor
My heart does that when I am about to kill someone
