What would your diagnosis be?!
Question: Ok Im a 16 yr old girl and ...My symptoms are: bad headaches, sore lower right abdomin area, I always feel light-headed and dizzy and i always feel really ill at school like im going to pass out. I also have a Urinary tract infection(UTI) but the doctor assumed it...I have to pee like 15 times a day. I had a urine test and it was inconclusive. I am on medication atm for a kidney/UTI/bladder infection as the doctor was not sure. I also at the most am having 4 hours a night of sleep, i go to bed at 9:30pm and wake up so many times. So im so sleep deprived the next day.
Im having so much time off school . Do you have any ideas of whats wrong with me?

It could be so many things, no one on here can diagnose you without seeing you and also knowing more about your history, but without that some possiblities are:
depression
anxiety
sleep apnea/restless leg syndrome (common to have rebound daytime sleepiness or frequent waking)
anemia
appendicitis
diabetes
some type of growth in the kidney, bladder, female organs
seizure disorder
orthostatic blood pressure/high or low/ changes on position
Just please see your doctor, simple physical exam, questions and some non-invasive tests will probably find the answer

it could be a lot of stuff, but with the symptoms presented see a doctor. before you see the doctor if you are taking meds look at their side affects.
I would think you might be allergic to antibiotic.
Do you have an eating disorder? Are you eating & drinking?
Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water/day.
Appendicitis pain starts at naval & travels diagonal down to right side. Do you have fever?
This may also be an anxiety disorder: dizziness, headaches,
insomnia.
Speak to MD about all your symptoms. Have him do another urine analysis/culture to make sure you're on right antibiotic & get blood tests.
