What is the most effective way to clean your toothbrush after use?!

Question: Put it in a cup of mouthwash for a few minutes, then remove it and let it dry normally. I have ours in a cup on the sink (heads up), they all have covers to keep them clean.

I rinse with hot water, then pour peroxide on it and let dry upright in a holder or cup. I change it out every three months or sooner if I've been sick.

It's a known fact that "Peroxide" kills germs. So if you place the toothbrush into a glass of peroxide 5-10 minutes a day, after brushing, it will not only clean your toothbrush of germs, but keep it fresh as well...

just hold it under running water. hot water, preferably. by the way, regardless of whether you keep your toothbrush in the bathroom or in the kitchen, when tested, your toothbrush will have the same kind of bacteria in it. i watched that on national geographic. oh..by the way, i occasionally wash my toothbrush with Hexetedine.

I put it in mouthwash and change it every 3 months more often if there is a sickness in the house.

YOU RINSE THE TOOTHBRUSH

wash it with warm water only use it for 1 month and change toothbrush\

(that means buy a new one!!!!)
