Question: are any doctors/nurses/dentists/other health personell around? which is the search engine you use most often to do search on the computer ?

Almost exclusively google in the oupatient clinic. I type in my likely diagnosis and after type aafp, which backdoors me into the AAFP website, check out the relevant articles, then modify the engine and change aafp to emedicine, same thing.
After google, and when on the inpatient wards, I use up to date on line [utdol.com]. It is peer reviewed and updates every 6 months.
I find pubmed to be my third line, as it is more for when I do deep research than when I am puzzling an immediate patient issue. I have also used Ovid. but not enough to speak of its usefulness.
