Trouble with sleeping...?!
Question: Lately, I've been falling asleep around 9 AM, and waking up around 6 PM. I know this is bad for my health, so I'm gonna stay up 'till 8 PM today, then I'm gonna go to sleep and fix my sleeping schedule.
Is that okay?

if you feel sleepy, then u can sleep, thats just how u are adjusted to it, now to stay awake, the trick is to drink water, that can help u to stay awake, or you can take a walk, and then u can stay awake...and u wont feel sleepy in the morning, good luck
nothing is wrong with sleeping during the day some people are just night people sleep all day up all night. try finding a night job.
thats not really a good plan, talk to your docter to get sleeping medicince.
