How to wake up easier in the morning?!

Question: I have a really hard time waking up in the morning (i know what the problem is, i have low iron so i've got to take my pils before bed and sleeping pills are NOT an option) i go to sleep at a reasonable hour but i'd like a technique or way to help myself wake up easier.
any ideas? what do you do?

Here are a few things if you lack the will power that I use...

1) Drink 2-3 glasses of water before bed. Im bigger so you may need to play around with the amount of water you drink and when you drink. I usually drink 2-3 glasses from 8:30-10:00 and I usually have to go to the bathroom really bad when I wake.

2) Set your alarm clock loud and put it out of reach. When it goes off it will be really loud and obnoxious and because its on the other side of the room you have to get out of bed to shut it off.

3) I feel 6-7 hours makes me the most refreshed. If I get more I feel groggy.

This is what I do, if you have a stereo, SET IT ON MAXIMUM VOLUME! Trust me when you hear that loud noise, it forces you to get up and turn it off! It kinda gives your body a jump start! When you wake up in the morning, most of the time you feel so tired that you couldn't even stand up! But with your stereo going off at such a loud noise you have no choice but to get up! If you don't have a stereo, then set one of your Alarm Clocks on loud. (Even though regular alarm clocks aren't loud enough.) I sure hope this made since and you understand it!

Why can't you take 1 iron pill in the morning when you wake up?

I once had to take iron pills & I took them in the AM.

Keep your blinds or curtains slightly open so the morning light will help you wake up naturally.
Set your alarm earlier.
Drink hot chocolate (it has some caffeine in it).
Get out of bed & "sleep walk" into a nice hot refreshing shower. It really helps to wake you up.
Go to sleep earlier.

Good luck

drink glass of water before you going to bed.
