What tricks do you play on yourself to make you feel more energetic in the morni!
Question: My friend told me that he feels more energized and rested in the morning when he does this :
He goes to bed at like 10:00pm and then sets his alarm for like 3:30 - 4:00am and he wakes himself up. I mean seriously he wakes himself up. He goes downstairs, grabs a glass of water and watches TV while listening to music. At like 4:45 - 4:50am he goes back to bed (he says he falls asleep very quickly) and then gets up at 6:30am. He says he feels so much more rested and he can concentrate good and all the positive effects of sleep but with a little bit of a boost.
I have tried this but it doesn't work.
What are some tricks you or one of your friends or family members play on yourself/themselves?

What are some tricks you or one of your friends or family members play on yourself/themselves?
I have the same problem, I have tried doing all opf the following, and they have helped...
-Splashing my face with cold water
-Taking a cold shower
-Putting ice cubes down my back
-Listening to REALLY loud music
-Eating or drinking something sour or sweet(Chocolate, Candy ect.)
If none of those work, try doing anything that is COLD, Ice, Cold Water and all those things will help. I also tried telling my mom to sneak up behind me when I wake up and putting ice cubes down my back(I told her when I went to bed)
I exercise first thing in the morning. It definitely wakes me up!!
i have set my clock a couple minutes fast so i feel like i need to hurry
Wake up 15 minutes before you usually get up so you can lay there and wake up by yourself. When your done, splash water on your eyelids.
