How can you tell if your feet have high arches?!

Question: Is there a certain test you can do, or do you have to see a doctor. I think I have high arches but I am not sure.

If they are high, how can I tell *how* high they are?

Flat footprint in dirt or sand. If you just see the 'outline' of your foot and nothing in the 'arch' area, chances are they probably are. Or get checked at a good shoe store where they actually tell you.
