I think that depends on the person and how their sex drive was before. If you used to weigh 300 lb, then started working out and got down to 210, you'd be in better shape and presumably your sex drive would pick up a bit.

If you feel better about yourself and your body works better, it will probably translate in to other actions.

Exercise makes your whole body better, but as far as increasing sexual desire, no.
There is no evidence for that myth.

It probably just makes you like sex more because you can last longer :)

Sorry, exercise has nothing to do with your libido but it is good at releasing the feel good chemical hormones in your brain which makes it very good for depression.

Exercise causes a release of endorphines and gives a lot of people a "high" feeling at some point. From what I can tell you, I'd say a lot of people have or don't have sex based on how they feel about themselves...If you are exercising and noticing changes about yourself, feeling better and more confident in how you look...it only makes sense that they'd be more interested in sex.

On the opposite side, I've been told by people to use exercise as an outlet to keep their minds off sex. All in how you look at it I guess.
