I have a cold. I want to switch to Sudafed from Zicam. When can I do this?!

The Sudafed should help you more than the Zicam-in fact the Zicam does little if anything other than separate you from some of your money.The Sudafed is not a cure-all either but should help with the congestion that goes with a cold.Some are more sensitive to the stimulant effects of sudafed and many a n hours sleep has been lost thanks to Sudafed.I hope you have some already as you practically get strip-searched at the pharmacy to purchase Sudafed.
The next time you have to take your Meds, take Sudafied..
Well zicam isn't a medicine but I guess u should wait before u take any other medicine. Maybe wait 6 hours or so hours
so it gets out of ur body
