Botox injections in foot?!

I have never had Botulinim Toxin Type A injection therapy, (Botox) but attended a disabled client who was part of the original clinical trial. I was able to witness the administration of the injections and, based on my clients reaction and comments, it is very painful. Definitely worth it, though. It worked miracles for my client.
Edit- So many people are under the impression that Botox was designed as a cosmetic treatment. IT WAS NOT. The original clinical application of Botox therapy began in the early '90's after almost 20 years of trials and approvals by the FDA. It was designed as a therapeutic treatment for persons suffering from debilitating muscle disorders, such as Dystonia. It is in this application that I was privileged to witness its application and its dramatic and positive life altering benefits. The cosmetic industry has, in effect, ruined the GOOD WORK that originally accompanied this innovative treatment.
Why the hell would you want to inject your foot with Botox?

please be joking. Treat your body as a temple of health and beauty not an ever youthful machine. Please get serious spend the money on a date or for a road trip. Botox= evil proteins of toxic doom!
Why would you need botox in your foot? Most people get it in their face and underarms...feet is a first for me.
Why would anyone want to inject a deadly poison into any part of their body??
