You make do and create a place to pee. This is easier for guys since they have the option of going in bottles, sinks, etc. For women, there are devices and techniques for upright urination. Also, anyone can pee behind bushes.
i guess u'd just have to hold it. either that or you can substitute something for a bathroom.XD
Pop a squat behind some bushes. Unfortunately if you hold it way too long you wil probably pee your pants. It's better to just go somewhere outside than to embarrass yourself

If you are outside then jsut go squat somewhere where no one can see ya.

I find a bush, or woods and go. Better than then pee in my pants.
You'll just have to hold it. If you can't hold it, go outside somewhere. If that's not an option, pee your pants.
