Is this just the common cold?!

Question: I know the basic symptoms of the common cold and I have them, but I think there could be more.

Yesterday morning I woke up with a tiny bit of a stuffy nose, and barely a sore throat. When I get a cold, throughout the day my symptoms seem to get better, but this time they got worse. Last night I had this awful what felt like a tension headache so I went to sleep and now i'm up early because I woke up and couldn't breathe. My nose is SO stuffed my throat is aching and when I talk I sound ridiculous. I don't really know how to tell if i have a fever or not but my head does seem to be a little warmer then usual. Also, my eyes have this nasty like white eyebooger stuff coming out of it it's so disgusting please help me! I need to know if I need to go to the doctor because my insurance drops on april 1st so i could only go in on monday and that's it. Is it anything to worry about?? Thanks!!

I think that sounds like the common cold. Thats pretty much the exact definition of the common cold. Drink plenty of fluids and sleep all day today and see if you feel better in the morning. If you don't, then go to the doctor.
