REM works in 90 minute cycles (with a small light REM bump at 45 min intervals).
I go to bed at midnight to get up at 6am 6:45am 7:30am or 8:15 or 9:00am
so for 7:10 I'd go to bed at 11:30 or 12:15 (of course 10:00pm would be even better, but I don't ever get to bed that early)
If you wake at 7:10am, you should go to bed at 11:10pm or earlier. That is eight hours of sleep ... you could 'survive' only only 7 hours of sleep (bed at 12:10am) but your performance would go slowly 'downhill' over time if you did this regularly. You need at least 4 periods of REM sleep per night, not 2 ... you'd get confused with only two every night for any period of time.
I'd say 11:00, but I need at least 8 hrs to feel myself.
Aiming for 8 hours tend to be the most accepted guideline, as for surviving on 7, try a broken four lol.
I reckon 9.10pm the night before.......gives a few hours to wrestle the pillow as I do and absorb another shitty day.
I would not go to bed at 1am 6 hrs is not enough time for you to rest ya midgin.
you can go to bed at 3:00 if you wish !!!! cuz 4:00 hours of sleep once a week is ok, otherwise 1:00 must evryday. I get up at 5:00 evryday n go to bed at 1:00 like evry weekday wid jus 1 day of 8hrs of sleep.lol
