What happens before you hit the floor?(suicidal)?!
Question: I don't know where I've heard it. When a person jumps off the building, they say that before that person hits the floor, she/he already is dead because of heart attack, something lke that?

It is not the fall that kills you, it is the sudden stop at the bottom.
The taller the building, the faster your body is going when it hits ground. That's what kills you, not the fall itself. Many people live thru jumping off buildings, but they are almost always severely injured with broken bones including broken back, closed head injury and internal bleeding
False and I don't think it matters , dead is dead.
How could you verify that?
