What is it with me?!


Question: What is it with me? I don't want to eat. I didn't eat in a whole week. Well I did, but too less. I just don't want to. Everytime I see food I want to puke, I'm so not hungry. I try to force myself to eat but with no result, I eat like 4-6 big bites in a day. Other day, I don't eat at all, just drik. My bones started sticking out. What should I do? How should I get my appetite and want to eat?

You might be suffering from an eating disorder called anorexia nervosa. if you are not pregnant. Even if you don't eat, at least try to drink to avoid dehydation. Take a lot ovf vitamins and minerals to increase your appetite. exercise regularly. Eat your favorite foods. Eat small portions frequently.

I went to the Dr I had the same problem I couldnt evene at a sandwich the thought and sight of food made me sick! I snacked on apples, never spewed but my Dr said it was because of stress

I think you have some problem related with stomach. Go to a doctor soon!! If you are away from home, staying in hostel, then its a common problem, it was with me too 4 sometimes. You must take a few days leave and go to home.

There are many reasons, but the most appropriate reason ould be related with ur stomach. I cant do more than advising to visit a doctor. Rush now!!!!!!

Probably you may not be getting right food which is tastier to you. If you do not feel hungry do not eat anything. But if you have any other problem, like tensions, dissappoinment etc it may distroy your health. Better seek advice of good doctor, test your blood and also have tonics.
You can also eat different kinds of foods like raw vegetables, nuts etc for a change. But keeping a rytham in eating habits will promote health.
